Abstract

Edukasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan strategi krusial dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan berbasis partisipasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menelaah artikel ilmiah terbitan 2019–2023 yang relevan dengan implementasi edukasi PHBS di berbagai konteks sosial budaya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan edukasi yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dan mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal lebih efektif dibandingkan model top-down yang bersifat instruktif. Edukasi PHBS terbukti mampu menurunkan risiko penyakit menular maupun tidak menular, meningkatkan kesadaran higienis, serta memperkuat kapasitas komunitas dalam mengelola kesehatan secara mandiri. Namun, keterbatasan akses terhadap jurnal berbayar dan perbedaan konteks sosial budaya antar penelitian membuat generalisasi temuan masih terbatas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mendatang direkomendasikan untuk mengeksplorasi inovasi edukasi berbasis teknologi digital serta model kolaboratif lintas sektor guna memperkuat implementasi PHBS di berbagai level masyarakat.
