Integrasi Pelatihan Berbasis Teknologi dalam Pemberdayaan Petani Lokal Menuju Pertanian Organik yang Berkelanjutan: Kajian Systematic Literature Review

Rendahnya kesejahteraan petani lokal, tantangan dalam transisi ke pertanian organik, serta kesenjangan digital merupakan isu krusial yang menghambat keberlanjutan sistem pertanian di berbagai wilayah berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mensintesis temuan-temuan terkini mengenai strategi pelatihan pertanian organik, peran teknologi digital dalam mendukung proses pelatihan dan praktik pertanian, serta dampak program pemberdayaan terhadap keberlanjutan ekonomi petani lokal. Dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), sebanyak 45 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan dalam 10 tahun terakhir dianalisis secara tematik berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang ketat, dengan sumber dari database Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan SINTA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pelatihan berbasis teknologi, seperti penggunaan aplikasi pertanian, e-learning, dan sensor digital, dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, kesadaran lingkungan, serta pendapatan petani. Teori pemberdayaan (Zimmerman, 1995), Diffusion of Innovation (Rogers), dan Community-Based Participatory Research digunakan sebagai kerangka analisis. Meskipun terdapat tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan keterbatasan infrastruktur, hasil studi ini menekankan pentingnya pengembangan model pelatihan hybrid, pelibatan komunitas lokal dalam desain program, serta eksplorasi lebih lanjut terhadap pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini mendukung pencapaian SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) dan SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), serta memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan kebijakan dan praktik pemberdayaan petani berbasis teknologi.
