Tinjauan Sistematis terhadap Kompetensi TIK dan Teknologi Pembelajaran dalam Meningkatkan Inovasi Pengajaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan tinjauan sistematis terhadap literatur ilmiah terkini mengenai peran kompetensi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dan teknologi pembelajaran dalam mendorong inovasi pengajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan protokol PRISMA, yang mencakup identifikasi, seleksi, kelayakan, dan inklusi terhadap artikel-artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2025. Sumber data diperoleh dari database bereputasi seperti Scopus, Web of Science, DOAJ, dan Google Scholar, dengan kriteria inklusi mencakup fokus pada kompetensi TIK, teknologi pembelajaran, dan inovasi dalam konteks pengajaran. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan koding tematik berdasarkan kerangka teori TPACK, SAMR Model, dan Diffusion of Innovation Theory. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi TIK guru/dosen berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran yang inovatif, seperti Learning Management System (LMS), Augmented Reality (AR), gamifikasi, dan alat berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI). Temuan juga mengungkapkan bahwa inovasi pengajaran lebih berhasil ketika pendidik memiliki kompetensi TIK yang kuat, serta didukung pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan nyata dan kebijakan pendidikan yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi. Kajian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memetakan tren riset, mengidentifikasi kesenjangan literatur, dan memberikan dasar pengembangan profesional guru serta kebijakan kurikulum berbasis teknologi. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengeksplorasi konteks lokal, efektivitas program pelatihan TPACK, dan dampak penggunaan teknologi spesifik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
