Pengembangan Keterampilan Leadership dan Self Development bagi Mahasiswa: Sebuah Systematic Literature Review

Perubahan dinamika global dan perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut mahasiswa tidak hanya memiliki kompetensi akademik, tetapi juga keterampilan kepemimpinan dan pengembangan diri yang kuat. Leadership dan self development menjadi kompetensi kunci dalam membentuk karakter, kesiapan kerja, serta kemampuan adaptif mahasiswa di era kompleks dan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis konsep, faktor, strategi, dan dampak pengembangan leadership dan self development bagi mahasiswa berdasarkan literatur ilmiah terkini. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan menganalisis artikel jurnal bereputasi yang dipublikasikan dalam lima tahun terakhir melalui database akademik seperti Google Scholar, Scopus, dan Garuda. Proses seleksi literatur dilakukan secara bertahap melalui identifikasi, penyaringan, dan evaluasi teks penuh sesuai prinsip PRISMA. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa leadership dan self development mahasiswa mencakup aspek kepemimpinan diri, kesadaran diri, kemampuan sosial, serta pengembangan potensi berkelanjutan. Pengembangan keterampilan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu, lingkungan kampus, serta strategi pembelajaran dan organisasi. Berbagai strategi yang efektif meliputi pelatihan kepemimpinan, pembelajaran berbasis pengalaman, mentoring dan coaching, serta keterlibatan dalam organisasi mahasiswa. Pengembangan leadership dan self development terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kepercayaan diri, kesiapan kerja, serta perilaku inovatif dan sosial mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dengan menyajikan sintesis komprehensif yang dapat menjadi rujukan bagi perguruan tinggi dalam merancang program pengembangan kepemimpinan mahasiswa yang berkelanjutan.
