Cloud Computing dalam Transformasi Digital Teknologi Informasi

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan besar dalam cara organisasi mengelola data dan sumber daya teknologi mereka. Salah satu inovasi terpenting dalam dua dekade terakhir adalah cloud computing, atau komputasi awan, yang memungkinkan penyimpanan, pengolahan, dan akses data melalui internet secara fleksibel dan efisien. Artikel ini membahas konsep dasar cloud computing, model layanan (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), model penyebaran (public, private, hybrid), manfaat, tantangan, serta penerapan dalam sektor pendidikan, bisnis, dan pemerintahan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dan analisis deskriptif terhadap berbagai kasus penerapan cloud computing. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa cloud computing telah menjadi fondasi penting dalam transformasi digital dan efisiensi operasional. Namun, isu keamanan, privasi, dan ketergantungan terhadap penyedia layanan masih menjadi tantangan utama yang perlu dikelola dengan baik.
