Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan integratif antara kepemimpinan, Total Quality Management (TQM), perilaku produktif karyawan, dan kinerja perusahaan melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode penelitian mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA dengan tahapan identifikasi, screening, eligibility, dan inclusion. Artikel diperoleh dari database Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, EBSCO, Google Scholar, dan SINTA menggunakan kata kunci “leadership,” “total quality management,” “employee productivity,” dan “firm performance.” Kriteria inklusi mencakup artikel empiris terbit pada tahun 2015–2025, peer-reviewed, dan menguji minimal satu variabel penelitian. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan perilaku produktif karyawan melalui penguatan visi, komunikasi, dan pemberdayaan. Implementasi TQM berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas proses kerja dan output organisasi. Temuan penting dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku produktif karyawan menjadi variabel mediasi yang menjembatani kepemimpinan dan TQM terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya integrasi antara gaya kepemimpinan yang memberdayakan dan penerapan TQM yang berorientasi pada keterlibatan karyawan, bukan sekadar kepatuhan prosedural. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan model teoritis baru dalam literatur manajemen kualitas dan kepemimpinan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada jumlah artikel yang dianalisis dan dominasi penelitian dari negara tertentu. Penelitian selanjutnya direkomendasikan untuk menguji model secara empiris menggunakan SEM atau PLS.
